How to maintain the cross shearing machine

In order to extend the service life of the cross-cutting machine, we need to carefully perform daily maintenance on it. The steps are as follows:

1. Refuel each oil cup lubrication and manual lubrication point as required.

2. After turning on the power, perform the forward and reverse movements of the lower roller and the lifting and lowering of the upper roller, and check whether there is any abnormal jamming in each movement.

3. Roll the plate according to the parameters specified by the unwinder. The thickness of the rolled plate is 20mm, the maximum length is 2500mm, and the yield limit of the rolled plate material is less than 250Mpa.

4. When the main drive is stopped, the upper roller can be lifted and lowered, the tilting and resetting of the flip bearing and the tilting of the upper roller can be performed.

5. During operation, if irregular noise, impact and other abnormal phenomena are found, the machine should be stopped and checked immediately.
