Various types of shear-to-length lines to meet different production needs

Category:Company News Update time:2025-04-08 09:17:26

In modern manufacturing, shear-to-cross line, as an important sheet processing equipment, has many classifications to adapt to different production scenarios and process requirements.

According to the degree of automation, shear-to-cross line can be divided into manual shear-to-cross line, semi-automatic shear-to-cross line and fully automatic shear-to-cross line. The manual shear-to-cross line is relatively simple to operate and is suitable for small-scale and simple sheet processing needs. The semi-automatic shear-to-cross line requires manual intervention in some links and has certain automation functions, which is suitable for medium-scale production. The fully automatic shear-to-cross line realizes the fully automated process from feeding, shearing to discharging, greatly improves production efficiency, and is suitable for large-scale, high-precision continuous production.

According to the material of the sheared sheet, the shear-to-cross line can be divided into metal shear-to-cross line and non-metallic shear-to-cross line. Metal shear-to-cross line is mainly used to shear various types of metal sheets, such as steel sheets, aluminum sheets, etc. Non-metallic shear-to-cross line processes non-metallic materials such as plastic sheets and rubber sheets.

In terms of function and use, there are ordinary shear-to-cross line and multi-functional shear-to-cross line. Ordinary shear-to-cross line can usually only complete basic transverse shearing tasks. The multifunctional shear-to-cross line integrates more processing functions, such as punching, indentation, bending, etc., and can complete complex sheet forming processing at one time.

In addition, according to the structural form of the shear-to-cross line, it can also be divided into gantry shear-to-cross line, cantilever shear-to-cross line, etc. The gantry type has a stable structure and is suitable for processing large sheets; the cantilever type has the characteristics of flexible operation and is suitable for production sites with limited space.

Different types of shear-to-cross lines have different focuses on performance, efficiency, precision and scope of application. Production enterprises can choose the appropriate type of shear-to-cross line according to their own production scale, product type and quality requirements to achieve efficient and high-quality sheet processing and enhance market competitiveness.
